Some of the youth activities based at Westwind Barn and in the Preserve

Ohlone camp, organized in summer by the Town Recreation Commitee, is centered in a large tepee sheltered under the arms of an oak at the top of the hill, much as the original inhabitants might have seen it.
		A view North across the bay, but you can still imagine how it might have looked to the Ohlones just a hundred and fifty years ago.
The Pacific Ridge Pony Club, based at Westwind Barn, organizes a number of activities during the year as well as providing instruction in horse management and riding skills.
		Members can progress from raw beginner through nine skill ratings, to become accomplished equestrians. Many of the U.S.A. Olympic Team started out as Pony Club members.
